vintage charm and great service

helpful staff smiling marianna breakfast variety convenient location

i found the hotel staff quite helpful , especially marianna at reception , she was always smiling. at the hotel entrance, i was offered mulled wine. the breakfast offered a big variety. its location near nice restaurants.

the air conditioning's heating system was non-functional , and the coffee machine was also out of order. i had to wait five minutes for hot water in the shower. the bathroom mirror was too high .

poor cleanliness worn beds

the location was acceptable. it was close to attractions.

The cleanliness was not up to standard. i noticed blonde hairs in the bathroom. the beds were worn. The curtains in the living room were soiled. the shower barely provided water.

Fantastic Stay Close to Everything

excellent location many choices comfortable room

The hotel is in an excellent location. It was very easy to walk to many attractions, and the public transportation options are great. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The room was comfortable too. I enjoyed the wonderful time I had in this city.

The bathroom mirror was too high for shaving. It needs a better placement to easily use. I would have liked the bed to be more comfortable, as it felt quite old.

Charming Retro Stay

I liked the breakfast very much. There was something for everyone, a wide selection of items were available. The hotel location is excellent TOO. I mainly walked everywhere .

Our room faced an indoor corridor. This impacted privacy. We had no external view from this window. The bathtub was slippery. I almost fell getting out. The shower needs some improvements.

The hotel provides easy access from the airport. I took bus 59 to Nadrazi Veleslavin. I then took the tube to Malostranska, and walked to the hotel located in Malostranske Namesti. It was very convenient.

The staff proved very friendly and helpful, they answered questions patiently. One could visit the dining area to have tea, they also provide little treats. The welcome drinks were nice to have.

The room was spacious, it offered enough space for one person. The retro design of this hotel added to the charm, beautifully decorated with vintage touches. Everything was spotlessly clean.
